Ever wish you had a tech there to point out where to click & what to type?  The only requirements are a working broadband internet connection and a phone.  Using secure LogMeIn remote software we can connect to your PC or Mac live.  Our tech can see & control what's happening on your computer while talking to you over the phone.  When the remote session is finished, the software can be uninstalled or disabled until the next time you need help.
